Abode x Boss Maidel: The Mind, Body, & Soul Connection
These days heartfelt chats with friends might look a little different, but I am so excited to extend a new virtual home here for our favorite Boss Maidel! An accomplished LA-based interior designer herself, Chanie Ehrentreu has recently turned her discerning eye to curating a collection of authentic conversations with like-minded Jewish woman entrepreneurs. Cue: Boss Maidel, which as she puts it, serves to dispel the illusion of perfection and the inflated claims so often portrayed in the social media and to explore the unaffected truth of every woman’s narrative.
In this week's episode, Chanie sits down with power duo Eda Schottesntein of Multirole Woman, and Rivkah Krinsky of Revive With Rivkah to discuss the mind, body and soul connection. Eda and Rivkah are big believers in the idea that in order to thrive one needs to feel whole; mentally, spiritually, and physically. Through proper nutrition, movement, healthy habits, prayer etc, we can nourish all those aspects of ourselves. Both Rivkah and Eda share their personal struggles and how they used those struggles as a catalyst for change and self growth. We talk about working through shame, imposter syndrome, and holding ourselves accountable in order to achieve our dreams.
Eda Schottenstein is a mother of four, wife to a serial entrepreneur, and self-proclaimed ‘research-buff’. Her mission is to educate women on the power of personal transformation.
