As this summer was spent with a lot of time up in the air and down by the sea, it's only natural that sky blue is our muse this month. Calming and optimistic, sky blue exudes youthful playfulness and doesn't take itself too seriously. We like using it tone on tone, as in a monochrome denim outfit for a 90s throwback. Or add nuance with warm browns and brass details. If color makes you hesitant, using sky blue tones in florals adds dimension to a neutral tablescape. It's sure to grow on you, as it's the equivalent of an out of office email.
